Lift Question?

I have a 2000 GTS and was wondering what would be the best rpm's to shift at and still be albe to land lift. Because I can do it but it just seems like I am on the fine line of hitting the rev limiter. And shifting to quick just sucks because then you dont land in lift.
Tips please!!

Redline is at 7800, but the ECU will allow you to rev to 8200, which is where the fuel cut-off is. Shift there.

Oh, and when shifting from 3rd to 4th, you can shift at redline (7800) because that shift is quicker, since you only have to go up and down. Easiest shift there is.

Have fun.
