Footwell neons
Hey guys, im just checking the price out..
hows $90 for the front 2 tube includes install?
cheap or expansive or normal?

im having a pro doin it... i dont feel like DIYing on my car anymore so...

he says he will install it so that when my door opens the neon lights up, and there is also a switch to it.

wut you guys think?
and im think of red (my car is silver) and i dont want blue (too common)

anyone can suggest a good color scheme that is great~ thumbsup

thx guys~

I just installed some LEDs under my footwells, going to replace with neons. If I were you I would go buy the neons for like $20 a peice and put em in your self. Just splice em in to sigaret lighter's power wire. And run em through a togel swich so you can turn em on and off when you want. This took me and a friend about a day but their are NO wires any where, looks like a pro did it. I took us so long because we were kind of figuring it out as we went. BTW we are both 17. Let me know if you wanna try it and have any questions. Real easy wink

^^^ ya... i would like to do it on my own... but i really got no time cos school work is a bitch. that's why im having a pro doing it for like 1 hr job..lol

anywho, id like a neon cos they are dimmer, LEDs are too bright for in-car to me. even the alpine deck (blue color lights)is too bright to me... my eyes just cant stand a bright light at night.

thx for the input~ wut color is ur LED?

I got orange in a black celi to go with the speedometer and stuff. I am gonna go with neonsunder there since the with ligh up more, LEDs just do what is infront of em so I have 6 orange rings on my floor with some orange glow smile still looks good tough. Gonna put the orange LEDs in my billet grill smile and maybe one in the Hood scoop wink

Red will look sweet in a silver car.

And sorry but i got no idea on how much someone would charge to install. To bad you don't live out here, would give ya a hand smile

Good Luck,
Alex
