The easiest way to get the clips underneath the car for the sideskirts, is to use 2 butter knives or 2 flat screwdrivers. Put them opposite each other in the little slots. Then twist them slowly, again opposite each other and they should pop right off.

this may be a bit late, but...there are like 8 clips underneath. and one clip by the wheel well and one bolt. the clips are easy to take off. just use one flat screwdriver and jam it in all the way and pull down. once you take out the clips, just pull towards you. don't open the door, as you may bend the stock side moldings...

It seems to me that these conversion kits would make it a lot harder to get into and out of the car. Has anyone experienced this?

My TRD sideskirts stick out a bit but it's no biggie.

When I put on my TRD sideskirts, the underside used only about half of the clips I took out. If you run out, I'm sure they only cost a buck or two at the dealer. I took all mine apart and cleaned them in the sink with an old toothbrush. Then they went back together like a piece of cake.
