Just got my CAI in, and I was wondering...
Does this hose need to be plugged?

i just went out and looked at mine, i just have a little plug there, but i can't tell where that hose comes from?? i do remember i think i had an extra hose left over though

also you might want to looking into making a custom Watershield for CAI https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/thread.f_154546_0_collapsed_2__1.html Not sure where you got the hose from but..you should cap this with the little rubber thing that came with the AEM CAI

OK, thanks folks... And just for note, mine is a 2004, so I think some of it looks a little different. I do have the little rubber cap on there, was just wondering if I should also plug the hose that used to go where the cap is now

Just got my CAI in, and I was wondering...
Does this hose need to be plugged? Thats the hose that connects to the butterfly valve in your airbox ( now deceased ). For those of you who have removed your butterfly Intake valves, you are very familiar with this hose. The answer is yes. Use a fat screw and plug it up.
