i have a 2002 GTS and i was wondering if it is possible to Turbo an automatic...? confused

again, i dont see a reason why you wouldn't be able to. the transmission is totally separate from the engine and the ECU is different only in aspect of the automatic transmission and everything else that has to do with it; not the normal operations of the engine.

yes...it has been done before. although the person who did it spend almost 10K with the Turbo and tranny mods. he wound up dumping the project i think after he was done.

yes you can. you can Turbo an auto GT and an auto GTS...

so ud think id be fine with a Turbo kit xs with cai and catback exhaust or do i need more

It could be done for less than $10K, just shoot for a little less horses. If you pushed for around 200HP, the tranny would hold & you could probably skip fuel delivery upgrades.
