i'm thinking of painting my rims gunmetal, does anyone have steps on how to do this?

Powdercoat them, dont spray them, take them to professionals!!

i would recommened the pros do it. but dunlop just came out w/that new rim paint. i saw it on Two Guys Garrage and at autotrack. So idk, up to you.

i was thinking of taking spray paint to some crappy american racing rims that can with my car, and then put millions of bottles of clear coat on them. i dont care if they last haha...white on white.

my friend painted his rims on his 240 bronze...came out very nice but only lasted for like a week, then it started chippin off, it looked soooooo ghetto...please please please just invest the money and go get it powdercoated, I got my 18's powdercoated and if the place you take it to does it right, I promise you will not be disapointed with the results, it looks so natural and clean...
