as the topic says i'm hearing a starge noise after my shock and spring install. it sounds like a poping almost it only happends when i'm turning very fast or when I come to a complet stop fast. I have not gotten an aligenment yet. but I wil be doing that shortyly. The place I go to is closed today
cut them ? I didn't cut them, and when I got my car it had one bushing on the right side. I assumed there were Two to being with so I was going to go order a nother one on monday from the toyota dealership.
I had the same problem when I installed my springs. It is the metal rod on the front shocks with a rubber greeese boot on each end. You have to make sure that is all the way tight. Use an allan wrench on the back part of it to hold it from spinning. Once this is tight you wont have any problems. It is only in the fronts so don't even bother looking at the back ones.
