can I just roll into any toyota dealer and get the parts discussed in the tsb's for free?? what if my warranty's up?? will they still do the service for free?? how does all this work...I'd really love to take advantage of it.

^^^ ya very good question, and what if the TSB is for the gts and i have a gt... for example i have a gt and want to get new lift bolts and the TSB is for the gts' lift bolts??? (i didnt think the lift bolts for the gt and gts are different)

there are no "lift bolts" in a GT.
they are the flange bolts that prevent the rocker from moving to allow the GTS to activate Lift.
TSB's are not a 100% sure thing for service. It's not a recall, it's just a "suggested" fix.

TSBs are NOT recalls...
i tried this with dealerships many times. technical service bulletins are just stated that for common problem symptoms that these are the statistically likely solutions. the only way that it will mostlikely be covered is with the warranty.
