Forced to be a ricer tonight

my damn plastic thing under my car keeps coming undone, and i've had about enough of it. anyone have anything that can replace this? i'm assuming that the plastic is there for some sort of engine circulation purpose, so taking it off probably wouldn't be the best idea. just wondering if anyone made something to replace this or anything else

you can just remove the plastic... all it does is keep shit from entering your engine bay...

A lot of people have removed their's for aftermarket bodykits, it's perfectly fine. I removed mine, just a couple of pins and done. Like spaztikid said, it just keeps shit from entering your engine bay. It also has some aerodynamic purposes I believe.

Yeah, I took mine off a long time ago on the GT. And oil change is a snap, lol. Get in and get out.

Yes, your Intake has to be submerged in water in order for it to hydrolock.

If anything, it would just make the filter dirtier faster.

The underpanel also serves to protect the oil pan from damage. I have my passenger side off, so now the belt is exposed to the elements, but I have yet to have a problem.
