I have a super white celica and will put a whole veilside body kit in soon. I will re-paint the whole car white again when I get my body kit put on. My question is should I re-paint my car white again( will save money) or re-paint it in a whole new different color such as baby blue, red, etc.???? If I re-paint the car white..what's the best color to paint my console???

thank,
kevin

hmm...

why not just have your kit painted to match your car? it'll save you lots of money.

if you decide on changing the entire car's color it'll cost you an arm, a leg, and both of your nuts grin .

not to mention the time it takes for all of this to be done with.

hope that helps with your decision wave

depends if you have the money to spend... if so, and you're sick of the white exterior, definitely change the color. Try indigo ink pearl or black onyx for a radical change from what you're used to... A different exterior color will make it look like a brand new car.

- if you need to save some money and keep it white, paint the console gunmetal or black

Well, my car is a 2000 and it really need paint job because my paint start to fade + a lots of small dents thumbsdown thumbsdown I'm going to put a veilside body kit on soon so I really want it to look new and spotless again. Anyone have any idea how much it cost to re-paint the whole car with the same color??? I may go with super white because it will save me some money for other mods. Any suggestion(s)??

a custom color is always going to be better than your original color--but as already stated it will cost you a pretty penny. if had the $$ to spend--i'd go custom. if i didnt-i'd stick with super white.

in my case, i have a widebody kit on order that comes with complete front fender replacements and big rear fender flares to go along with the usual front/rear curtains and sideskirts...so the only thing left NOT replaced is the doors and the 'roof' (even though my sunroof takes up almost all of it)...so i'm going to do a total repaint as well--probably with a custom color. thumbsup

Kevin: there's a guide in the install section.

BTW - make sure that when you use a flat-head screwdriver to remove your air vents, have a piece of cloth around the screwdriver, so that it doesnt damage your dash panels.

the install guides in this celica site rocks thumbsup
