pistons and valves - Lift bolt

What would the best product to clean pistons and valves? Lift Bolts can be aquired from the dealership?

I figured since i'll have the head off i'd clean valves and pistons.

Looked in "Installs" and didn't find a schematic to guide by, anyone have a link? thanks.
