It looks so much like the stock one though.

I'd go with MOMO, or if you want to go cheap, get an OBX knob that comes on the new Scions now. $25 at a dealership.

momo tomahawk shifter...don't have a pic of the one in my car tho...the yellow matches well to the solar yellow on my car tho...its bright

The red TRD logo is on both side of the knob. Bonded to the leather. Dont know if you can remove it.
