Yesterday night I went driving like normal, took the girlfriend to dinner, blah blah blah...everything is running smooth and strong...didn't go above 4,000 rpm, and didn't go above 65 mph. I wake up this morning, and we get ready to go somewhere and at third starting around 3,000 rpm I hear a little rattle, then in fourth its even louder, and it rattles like that all the way through fifth!!! I'm afraid to drive it (and damn near in tears right now)
!!! When I get back to her apartment I'm gonna pop the hood and check all my fluid levels to see if its something as easy as not having enough tranny fluid??
I've never drag raced the car, or mis shifted or anything. It just kinda happened all of the sudden out of nowhere!!!...I've got just over 26,000 miles on it, and am seriously thinking about taking it to the dealer...they should cover it under warranty shouldn't they??? I mean even if they check my ecu they'll see that I've never done anything to destroy the tranny...and the only mods I've got as far as what they'll see are Intake and exhaust...I have a stock clutch and flywheel...pleas help me!!!!
