Well, still havn't gotten my AC to work, at least not by linking the magnetic clutch relay to the heater relay. I was looking at my heater control circuit board yesterday, for the second day in a row, and it is oozing a syrupy (not a word) type liquid from it. Wasn't like that a day ago, and I dont eat or drink in my car.

After a little more electrical troubleshooting, a spark emits from the wire harness that goes into the clock (whole center console is out of the car) and now my remote keyless entry won't work, along with my dome light. The dome light fuse is blown, so I have to replace it tonight, and I'm hoping that the remote keyless entry thing is a fuse also.

My "door ajar" light on the instrument cluster won't go off either, and I have tried opening and closing all 3 doors multiple times. Hopefully it has something to do with the remote keyless entry not working, but from what I have been reading, there is no specific fuse that links into the remote keyless entry.

I also noticed that on the wire connector that plugs into the clock, the ECU-ACC prong on the wire harness is now a ground, when it used to have a positive charge. Hopefully this is due to a blown fuse, but can anyone provide any type of help? Was thinking about just running a positive line up to the ECU-ACC wire to make it positive again, but I doubt that would be good for it.

Does a connection that has a blown fuse turn to grounded?

Clock Wire Harness Diagram...

Oh, and notice how it says there is a RAD fuse, and I have checked but can not find a fuse by this name anywhere in the car.

Ok, thanks. I guess it was too hard for Toyota to type the whole word out. spineyes

I was thumbing through the two manuals this weekend, and I noticed ass loads of spelling mistakes. Some weren't too bad, but some were mis-spellings of technical words which can prove to be quite frustrating.

Anyways, you wouldn't happen to know if a blown fuse changes a connection from positive to negative (ground), would ya?

I think it might.

I blew a radio fuse from having toyota plug my by-passed amp in, and I think that fucked my lighting.

There are lots of typoes in the manual, but, it's free and a Toyota product, so we can't complain spineyes

Oh, not the manual that comes with the car, but rather the 2 volume service manuals.

I bought a re-print (actually, it was a copy) of the service manuals, and it was worse than the manual that comes with the car.
