I've been having trouble with my Fog Lights shorting out. I'm tired of buying PIAA light bulbs, because they HELL Xpensive. How can I solve the problem? Usually it's the Right (Passanger Side) fog light that goes out.

you could buy the ones in the ecelica store .. happywink

if you want the most light for your buck get yellow fog bulbs. I use the PIAA Ion yellow

and just in case for future installs of any bulbs be sure to not touch the glass part as it can shorten the life of the bulb.

clean the inside of your fog lamps from debris...

remove the fog enclosure from your car by unbolting the two attaching nuts - then remove your 'spent' bulb and shake the enclosure to get whatever debris is IN there, OUT. now cotton-swab it grin
