Found this in the shop manual, and I need to test the AC switch for continuity. The AC switch on the heater control assembly works (I swapped it out with a new one) but for some reason, power is not getting to the compressor. I found this diagram in the Electrical section of the shop manual, and I think it has something to do with the combination meter on back of the speedo, but I'm not sure.

Where is this diagram in the car located?

But what's near the ECU that would contain a circuit like this? It also says LCD screen there, and the only LCD screen I know of is the gas/temp gauge in front of the combination meter.
