probably fix-it-ticket on the first, disturbing the peace on the second. Just keep your front plate right next to, and if you start to get pulled over...just subtly slide it into the crack between the windshield and dash. That's what I do. And that passes with the cops. According to the instructions that came with my plates...I have to have a plate on the front and one on the back...it doesn't say specifically where like on the bumper.
If you get pulled over for having your music too loud, quickly turn it down when you stop, and when they ask you about why it was so loud...tell them you didn't realize it was so loud because you just turned it on...and you didn't want to turn it down until you stopped because you wanted to watch out for traffic and be safe.
Who knows, it might work if you deliver a good Performance. I always talk my way out of stuff.
