For any of you who can help me out here. Among other current projects, I am looking into purchasing a Turbo kit. Now i really want to go with SF, but i've tried emailing them and no one replys. What i need to know, and this is for someone on this site, who as the kit, what is the spool rate for the Turbo?? At what RPM will the Turbo, spool and release?? Also, what is the pressure loss through the intercooler setup and pipes??

If anyone knows, please let me know!!

I heard someone say that you lose pressure going through the intercooler!

well this would be true in a vacuum, but a Turbo is not in a vacuum state and is constantly receiving as much force from the air coming in that it can take at one time. you see the colder air from the intercooler makes the air molecules tighter packed and more dense, so that MORE air can fit inside the Intake piping, thus increasing the overall pressure (psi).

Contact C2gas or check www.c2power.com [c2power.com]
check the stage 1 kit, it'll give you about 200 whp and the Turbo starts spooling at 2000rpm giving full boost (0.4 bar ~= 6psi) at 2500 rpm

hmmmm...that doesn't sound like a lot of whp compared to the SF kit...
