I HAVE READ DOZEN OF SIGHTS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. MAYBE SOMEONE HERE THAT SOLVED IT COULD TELL ME. I JUST BOUGHT A 2000 CELICA GTS WITH THE INJEN SHORT AIR RAM KIT. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. WHEN I SCANNED FOR CODES IT GAVE ME 135 AND 141 WHICH PERTAINS TO THE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR. IT STATES BANK 1 SENSOR 1 AND 2. DO I REPLACE THE OXYGEN SENSOR BEFORE OR AFTER THE CAT? MAYBE BOTH? OR IS THIS A FALSE READ DUE TO THE Intake UPGRADE? SHOULD I BUY THE ORIGINAL AIR BOX?
NEED ADVICE BEFORE I START GAMBLING ON WHICH AREA TO INVEST MONEY ON.

i don't think it's the connector. i have the same plug, but nothing goes on for me. try disconnecting the battery (negative of course) then see if it comes on again.

Note that there is a nitrile rubber O-ring around the base of the MAF sensor and be sure that it slips into the hole on the new Intake pipe. If you allow the O-ring to pinch or bunch up, youll end up with a vacuum leak that will cause your car to run improperly. The Injen kit also includes a small, gray plastic nipple so you can cap a small vacuum orifice on the Intake manifold, which will not be used for the new Intake. (The orifice provides vacuum to the heat riser butterfly valve on the stock Intake yech!)
I'm gonna take your little Civic. Dust it off. Turn it sideways and stick it straight up you candy A*s.

Watch out for that sensor!...Don't let it get grease or dirt on it, or you get all sorts of light error indications!...Just clean the sensor carefully and re-installed it...
