Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior universal mufflers

does anyone out there have this kind of exhaust setup... i have seen some celicas just buy like a hks hyper or n1 universal muffler and weld it directly to their old muffler that they cut off. Is that still as effective as buying the whole bolt on exhaust system?

i have the universal muffler and i did not weld it to my old piping, i have my whole exhaust piping replaced to 2 and a half inch...

i have a universal muffler, but my mid pipe is still stock. i'm about to have the resonator yanked and have a 2.25" mid pipe put in.

I'm going to get an apexi n1 custom piping too..
