Question on springs

I know everyone has debated over which set of springs lowers the car the best. But my question is regarding the comfort of the ride?? Which springs give the best ride?? Do springs give a better ride or is it just the same??

they're all pretty much the same. Get Hotchkis or Eibach SL.

I have a question too, how much should i lower my car?

cuz where i live, speed bumps (can be as high as like 3"), the occasional potholes, and the curbs (some can go as high as 4")
