costs ALOT...
gotta cut into the body so the doors lift straight up

I mean might as well have it open like real lambo doors do even if it was to cost a bit more tongue

abit more... try ALOT more

gotta shave the door handles... cut into the frame... mold an smooth it out... paint about half the car... fab. new locks so the door will still shut all the way.

lookin at more than $5grand to have this done...its not for everyone

it'd be somthing i'd be willing to spend moeny on if it was automatic. . . we want life to be easy. .. christ the make pre-made cookies now that come on a tray. . . how much easier do we want life smile

heck for $5 grand more to have semi authenitc custom lambo doors I'd do it, crazy crazy but I'd do it..

I mean I want something that can last and be used on a daily basis... grin When I get out of college I really want to really go all out on the celi.. the looks are exotic thumbsup


hmm probably why the Gallardo is 100k cheaper than the Murcilago laughsilly well that and some other junk

i wouldnt recommend this conversion for a daily driver

cant make the hinges too much thicker than they already are
there just something bout it, i dont trust confused

autoloc has a motorized kit that costs 2,000 and the doors open and close off of a remote (keyless entry remote type)...but they are a universal kits and require some degree of fabrication

frown darn it.. hmm i guess I'd have to find a way to have it totally customized or get some parts off an old lambo tongue so it would be alright for daily use..

in any case with money anything is possible I suppose...time to start savin happywink

VDC especially automatic VDC is NOT for daily driving since it's way less firm and way less durable.. it's for show car's only even tough knowing this I want it wink
