I was wondering if I change my stock exhaust to an aftermarket one such as TRD or TSRM, will I end up losing low-end torque?? cause if that's the case I think I'll just leave my stock exhaust until I can afford a supercharger.

no you will not lose low end, unless you get custom piping and you get it too big. I made that mistake. I gained high end but lost low end. So I changed it back and I love it.
