anyone have a problem with a painted urethane bumper matching the rest of the car?

I think urethane is left in heat after a bunch of times will tend to sag. The paint if hit wrong or something will most likely flake or peel off I think. Here ya go...

I've had no problems matching my front with the rest of the car.

Also make sure to use a very good flex agent to prevent your paint from cracking.
