You can get them for $1440 shipped from http://www.aspecmotorsports.com/trickdoors.htm

I asked the guy at the shop near me and he said it would take 8 hours a door and $45 an hour so i totalled it up and it would be 2200 for everything

I'm not sure how hard it will be but if it takes 8 hours a door I say take it to a shop

Hope this helps

lambo doors on Celi's are hot, but from those pics, it doesnt even look like you'd be able to fit into the damn car!

lambo doors are hott...but at the same time, a normal door is hott too. Too much money for me...but having it gives you something different among the celica's around.

i got mines done and its good to have them but i only had them for a few weeks and problems are occuring slowy already. makes me think was it really worth the hassle. if you really want them go to carexcess.com to get them there. others got them elsewere and boy did they get slam with problems. the doors are heavy to open, can leak in the rain , and mine got loose so i had to bring it back to the shop which cause even more dents and dings all over my car. the doors tend to get loose after periods of use . thats my expierence . but again if you really want them ian, at carexcess is the most helpful guy to get it done. he will answer all your questions there call him. but again im letting you know ahead of time of problems . its your choice so do what you want. this subject has been up for a long time on newcelica.org. check out some of there expierences , then decide. wave

interesting. Could your bad experiences be from a poor install, or a poor kit? I don't know, this is why I am asking. These doors are more for show. I think it would be a hassle on an everyday car.
Is there anyway to get the door made with different material to make it lighter for oyu?

to answer some question about my lambo doors , my kit is actually one of the best around. its the most popular one . my shop did messed up installing it , because they never did it before. most shops will have the same problems when they never did it before.they are a very expierence custom bodyshop. but the doors that i got takes two hand to open from the inside because its heavy. but you can open them outside with one hand . also i know my will start to fall lower and lower over periods of usage. this means you will have to bring it back to the shop to tighten it up again. i personally dont like people messing with my car at body shops. because they end causing more dents and scrapes on my car. but i dont use my car as a daily drive so that helps a lot .its not only my doors that have problems others had them too. but again it looks cool and its totally up to you to decide if your willing to go with it .some people will love it. and ian from car excess is a very helpful and honest guy . but before you buy go to the newcelica.org and read about their expierences . and then buy it. this way at least you will know more about them.just my 2 cents. wave

This guy at the local hangout had his door handles shaved and his battery died. He ended up having to break his back window (it was a truck) to get in. It was funny but it sucked at the same time. You can get an "upgrade" to where you have a hidden switch to open your door if that sort of thing where to happen. The only problem is if anybody else knows about the switch they could get in very easy.

comic... but your shop did mess up installing it. so your review is unjustified. maybe if a better shop put it on, then you wouldnt have the problems. Also, you said you got dents and dings from the shop, is that the only one in your town? If my shop did that, id find another fast.

I don't like lambo doors. I think there is better stuff to do with 2000 dollars (kit and install) then to just make the doors go up. But if you really want to stand out lambo doors will really set your car apart for all the others.

Sorry to tell you comic, but your shop must have done a shitty install. I had mine done at Carexcess. I've never had a problem with it. I've had two different kits and the carexcess is beyond superior to the others out there. Are you having problems when you close your door? If so, it's your shops fault. They didn't secure your allen bolt. You can adjust it yourself also, it's a 2 minute job. But they probably didn't tell you that so you'd bring it back and spend more money. If ANYONE has questions e-mail me ExRated01@aol.com or post here. I know ALOT about these kits. I had the first Celi on the road w/ Verticle doors and would like to say I know as much as Ian about these things
