Aight what i want to do is... buy a nos kit and some X1 fenders and some NOS Purge Valves so the nos can come out the fenders. (as seen on 2 fast 2 furious). My question is tho do i have to hook the nos to my fuel lines to make this work. In other words i want to use the nos for purging only not to boost my car only for show. Is this possible? or do i have to actually hook up the whole NOS kit to use NOS Purge Valves? wtf confused

this was discussed before and I think it's rice to have a purge and not have nitrous but it can be done... People were discussing CO2 and other things.

- bottom line - if you're going to purge, have the juice to back it up...

I agree. However, I personally hate nitrous because I think it is stupid that you have to refill a bottle everytime you want power. Now if you have a Turbo or NA build up and add nitrous then its ok, but if you just get nitrous then it's stupid.

My car is gunna be 10x faster than yours...haha... I'm gunna buy like 10
of those speedchips! I figure if 1 gets me 20hp then 10 will get me 200hp!

Why spend 400 dollars getting a purge kit. It doesn't even have to be nitrous if you want to be a ricer. Just get some compressed air or something and wire it where you want it. Yopu dont need to waste real nitrous rice

yes you can have the purge go anywhere you want but i recomend not going with a Nitrouse set up. i would recommend a compressed air bottle/CO2 and just run the lines to the side with a switch. that way it cost less money to show off the purge. becuase what does a nitrouse refill cost 50-75 bucks? while air can be compressed at any gas station.

Ask yourself one question. Is the juice worth the squeeze?

Co2 is cheap to fill, and prolly throws off a better cloud.

Used to play paintball and blew a few tanks. they throw out some nice white gas smile and isnt flamable...

Im sorry but you are a retard. Why do that? You are advertising something you dont even have. Get a fake Turbo sound you put in your exhaust too. Or how about a flame kit. Your going to drop 600 bucks for a nitrous kit (probably more) + purge kit + the fenders + install and paint for the fenders to make your car shoot a cloud of smoke. For the cash buy an Intake, header, and exhaust and get some real Performance.

I'm sorry that was mean but I couldn't resist. But yeah, don't use nitrous it's a waste of money, and it's dangerous for your purpose. Just use compressed air. Actually fuck it, I'm not sorry, it's just not a good idea guy.

Guys, he asked how to hook it up, not opinions on the setup he wanted to use. No, you can purge just nitrous without running it to your fuel lines.

Nitrous
Oxide
Systems

Yes I talked about this before w/ someone. It is a cool effect but there are a few draw backs.

1)Nitrous is expensive if you are just gonna blow it out in the air. CO2 is way cheaper.
2)If you purge next to some ricer and they beat you in a race you will never live it down.

I'll try to find you the thread that talks about it more.
