I want to get the hotchkis springs or the eibach sportline springs. My question is will I need to get a camber kit so my rear tires don't wear off after I lower it? confused confused confused

Technically no ... the celica has enough alignment adjustment to come back into stock tolerences.

Just take it to a good alignment shop and they should be able to adjust it. Also remember to rotate your tires every 5K miles.

grin I personally recommend get it though thumbsup

Unless, someone beats me to it ... I'll post the settings when I get home because I don't have the paperwork in front of me.
