street legal Intake?, it shouldn't matter because cops are only looking out for exausts and other nick-knacks, thats why sooo many people get pulled over. Intakes don't make a lot of noise when you are doing the speed limit. you should never get pulled over about the Intake noise.

you could always just go to the company's website and read up on their C.A.R.B. details.

It is usually something that approved companies brag about - so it should be extremely easy to get details on that...

You just have to type in the company's web address grin

a friend of mine got pulled over for just an Intake noise. cop said "ur Intake is too loud". popped the hood, aem didnt have a carb #, so gave him a ticket for illegal Intake. cop also claimed that friends car smoked too much or something like that? 1 year old car, and the cop knows this without any testing. friend went to aem in socal and got a carb # and case dismissed

Well his question is not on the legality of getting pulled over! His concern is smog! Which anyone in California know's with these new "Test Only" process' does the sticker even matter?

And for people that think cop's wont give a ticket for it your nuts! They will not hesitate I've gotten one and I know about 3 other personal friends that have. And they are very lightly modded car's that don't cause much attention to themselve's.

It might just matter what city your in how much of penis' the cop's are, which in mine and shizzmahh's city they can't get much worse!

Don't have a Celica but enjoy them quite a bit!

from beginning 2001 through mid 2002, i was getting pulled over every other day for that year and half - heck, i have even once been pulled over 6 times in one night...

then i stopped driving like an asshole... i haven't been pulled over since
...im at 65,000 miles on my celi now

go figure - i wonder what changed tongue

it's not like i don't attract attention - its simply that now i don't attract the WRONG attention from the po po
