i was taking a look at isaac's post for installing air intakes and it seems like most of the filters end up at the bottom of you front bumper, but i have seen pics of celicas with the filter right under the hood, so you can see the whole thing as soon as you open the hood. i was wondering if other ppl have seen this, if so who makes it, how much, and how is the performance? thanks for your help

Hey, its a celica. What else do ya need to know?

The ones that are extended down to the bumper are Cold Air Intakes (CAI). The ones directly under the hood are short rams.

ya they are 2 different intakes, if you want one for more performance you will want the CAI and that is the one that goes to the wheel well

shortram are just as good as CAI. It is just a personal preference on what to pick.
