Hey, I have a question about my front bumber

Hello everyone! wave I'm new here and just getting started but i think i put this in the right place. I bought my car from a dealership in january and it had the dealership license plates on front and back. i just took the one from the front off to find that underneath it my bumber is not solid, there is an opening and you can see white styrofoam. Any one else have this problem and if so what did you do about it and how much did it cost to get covered up. I will take a pic later and post it if necessary. thnxs.

sorry - just a habit I guess... check out the link, but if you don't think you'd like it then just have it covered - it won't be expensive for a job so small... wink

i checked it out and i like your idea, esp. for only $12 w/ shipping. Not sure what color tho, what do you think? Blue writing or red? My car is carbon blue so it looks black most of the time.

yeah mine's carbon blue as well - check my profile for pics... I'd go with the silver personally, next choice would be blue since it's a darker shade... too bad they don't have Carbon Fiber

nice car! I'm jealous, when i originally bought the car i was going to do a lot of mods too it. BUt then my boyfriend and i broke up 3 weeks later so i don't have him paying half the rent and bills, and insurance. so i can't afford to do everything i wanted to, gotta take baby steps, but it will get there.

don't mean to sound like a mooch he just paid for the bills he was on, we got car ins cheaper together, than seperately.

i used to have a Turboed eclipse, and i kinda miss the speed and the blow off valve/sound. I want to make my celi fast, but not sure if it is worth it. might get a seperate car for the track, like an older stingray. but i do want to get a better box, short shifter, exhaust, Cold Air Intake (esp. cause i live in phx) might lower, but then its easier to hit things when parking or speed bumps...

rims... waiting till stock ones go bald, no point waisting them. I was joking around about putting 20"s on there,(haven't seen a celica w/ that) but not practical. maybe enkis, probably 17". not sure got about 15 k till tires run out. i have NO CLUE about which body kit. my last car i had the agressor body kit and a friend gave me the blitz side skirts but i never put the side skirts on.

they look like the perfect color for the carbon blue. my biggest dilemma has been gunmetal or chrome rims. not sure which would look best for the color. my best friend has been trying to talk me into chrome, she has gunmetal on her white car and wished she had gotten chrome.

please don't get chrome - it's your call but it looks out of place on the celi imo... I'll be going with either the gunmetal or silver
