authentic or not it should be expected that there would be some work thats going to be done. just because its authentic it doesnt mean that it would fit like a glove. you guys have to understand that even the authentic ones came from a mold, there will be some imperfections on it no matter what. i had a minor fitment problem with mine and mines authentic but it was nothing any shop couldt fix. not once did i cry about it since i was expecting it already. the reason i went with authentic is because of fibergalss quality(how well it can withstand time) and not the fact that it would fit great.

my advice go with authentic but remember its expected not to fit
authentic will always be greater than any replica

btw i have heared that a shop around my area already made a replica(which i highly doubt since iam the only one here who has the kit confused ) but anyways i can always spot a vs replica from a mile away
authentic ones are 2 piece and replicas are molded as one piece so for those with replicas...i know who you are rofl happywink

^ Good advice. Plus you will have that warm, fuzzy feeling that you're flossing authentic Veilside gear and encouraging them to make shit for our cars thumbsup

not completely true, if you were to get the FULL FFGT kit it would cost you around $2200, that is if you buy the spoiler, hood and fenders.

bah, i understand theres modification. but when your side skirt is to short and you are trying to stretch it to fit and it cracks... and when you install your hood and YOU CAN SEE UNDER IT WHEN PROPERLY CLOSED! thats a bit much for me. they are working to fix these problems and i admire them for that but fact stands. i ordered my kit payed in full january and whats the date again? yeah im minus the hood now and i gots a cracked side skirt... authentic or replica im not seeing the benefit to buying authentic besides the customer service and fast replacement of parts and other perks.

^^ i understand your situation bro yours is just way below there standards and i can see why you are so mad at them. look at it on the brighht side if they go thru with replacing your hood with the c/f one a lot of peeps would envy you(ncluding me tongue ) happywink thumbsup iam just speakking in general authentic or not expect some work to be done. rice
