i just installed the trd short shifter, i love it but 3rd gear feels like its not going in all the way, it's not slipping but it doesn't go all the way unless i push it to the left a little, maybe i just need to get used to it?

If it is anything like the B&M kit (in retrospect) the aluminum bushings replace the stock one's at the base of the white plastic shifter assembly and lift the entire assembly up about 1/2 inch... you should install it as it keeps the bottom of the shifter itself from hitting the bottom of your car.. that is probably the culprit !
