did it bout a month ago at an evo meet my teammate took me to... 173WHP!!!!!!!!! ...

i also have a question for you guys...what is a safe amount of boost that the GTS can handle stock...im deployed right now, and thinking bout gettin a Turbo kit/full Turbo back exhaust system when i get back...

any info will greatly help...thanx

hmmm..how bout a s/c along with power fc?..from what i read, Turbo isn't good for high compression engines like the 2z.

you Turbo a gts you better be careful. high compression with a crappy Turbo setup will destroy your block...careful

do you have a link to your dyno??? I'm curious what it looks like. what are your mods? with I/E I only got 166.5 frown booo lol

I dynoed mine at 164... Matrix Intake w/ stock hybrid MAF and unbolted exhaust. It was 104 degrees outside so I was kinda disappointed. Another GTS was at the dyno and his had 154 w/ an AEM CAI and kazuma.

i dont have access to my dyno right now...but ill post it when i get back from my deployment...it is UBER consistent...i only have AEM CAI and TRD Cat-back right now...

oh yeah...as for boost...i heard bout 8-9 lbs is ok, but more than that gets risky...i just wanted to check to see if that was true...

i think safe daily driving boost is 7psi.(which should produce about 235-250whp.

8-9+psi on a consistent basis will destroy you engine eventually.
