breakindrifts (ecelica name) and i just got back from the toyota dealership, they finally got their first scion tc, its hella nice, we even came home with a little souviner, a tc shift knob
The TC is nice but it just doesnt have the power to match the celica. I mean the celica is kinda low on HP to start with only being 180 and now to have the TC only at what? -160?... now i know the celica is quick and all, but its really sad how toyota is getting out of the sports cars and mainly doing SUVs and sedans.

couldn't have said it better. And IMO the Tc styling is crappy. Not attractive. Looks poor, goes slow, not for me. I wish Toyota would replace the Supra. Not that i could buy one (maybe) but at least to improve Toyotas image in the sport market.
i like the tC. i wouldnt mind my brother buying one. remember, scions arent meant to be fast. their supposed to be ok speed with good gas mileage with huge aftermarket support. scion was made to be modified. as for the shiftknob, if its the stock one then that shit looks ugly. actually it kinda looks like the celica if im wrong. a friend of mine (friend of bob smith toyota general salesman or something) drove the tC. when i asked him how is it, first thing he said. "its not fast, but it looks sweet, and you get wut you pay for"
