in the proccess of painting my air vents...

i need a little advice... this is what i did so far.


1. i sanded everything down really smooth with 180 grit 3m sand paper.

2. i washed all the sand residue(sp?) off.

3. then sprayed 3 layers of paint

4. now im on my second layer of clear coat. its pretty much dried. but its not so smooth. wassup with that? did i do somehing wrong? any sugguestions to make it a smooth finish??

Check out the installs section under exterior then look for a topic that reads "Side Skirts-How to Paint" this will give you a good idea of how to paint any plastics on your celica. I've also used the new Fusion paint for plastics to paint some of my interior pieces. IM me if you need help. thumbsup
