Do your two bolts rotate or do they just feel loose? If they just feel loose, then that is most likely intentional - remember that not everyone is installing the hoodscoop to a factory hood and thus, their holes might be in a slightly different location. Rather than drilling your hood to widen the holes, the manufacture has made these screws "adjustable" so that you can install this to your factory or aftermarket hood.

as long as you can tighten the scoop to your hood, you will not have an issue thumbsup

put a drop of super-glue in there... after about 12 hours it should be completely dry and ready to go thumbsup

..if you wait less then 12 hours and you install it to your car, the scoop might get stuck to your hood's paint... or the metal washer and metal screw might bond together eek
