www.carreview.com can help you some, all cars not just celicas but you can see what is working for people.

I got Tanabe GF210 (stands for grip feel) springs and I love them, nice drop (1.5"), stiff, no ghetto hop. I put them on KYB GR2 struts. Got it all from www.suprastore.com, if you want the GFs you have to ask, not listed on there site.
