Program Keyless entry remote for a 2000 Celica GTS

hey my fellow celica members! Look i dont know if this is valid or not, but i just bought this keyless entry remote i bought it off of ebay called the "remote superstore" "power seller" anyways, it came with instructions on how to do it but i tried and i cant seem to get it?!?! IT says for me to locate the ECU for the alarm/keyless RS3000 system.. Now where in the heck is it? any clues? answers? maybe procedures on how to program my remote?!?! confused please PM me if possible thx!

i think you have to take off the bottom plastic piece the bottom piece behind the steering wheel, just turn the steering wheel and you will see one screw in each side to take out right behind the actual wheel... i have an aftermarket so i cant check for u... sorry good luck thumbsup
