i see a buunch of vids of your rpms and shit reaching 8.5 and 9 but when i tried it on my car i went to 8 and it stopped the RPMs , why???

they werent in a celica if they are taking it to 9000 rpms. You probably have a rev limiter what year is you car? And is it an auto or manual?

if i don't warm up my car it stop at 7k

ok, you cant hit 8350 in neutral...

the people you see shifting at 8600 have the PFC

sinse you have a 00 gts, your rev limiter is 8350... go out, make sure the engine is up to temp... and then try...

yup 2002 have the lower rev limit(7800-8000) also all auto trans stops at redline because the computer wont let you rev past that(safety feature or something) wink

ya, you were right about the engine warming up, i turned on the car and reved, it hit 7000, then i drove around and it warmed up to a good temp, i got into 1st, from light to light and i got the 1st gear rev up to 8200-8400 , sound right?
