We have been getting a lot of e-mails regarding registration problems. If you're using Hotmail, AOL, or Yahoo, you may not receive the verification e-mail from us. These e-mail services incorporate a very strict spam filter. E-mails from us maybe filtered out by these services. I know Hotmail sends e-mails from this board to the "junk mail" folder. Please try using other e-mail accounts.

hey damn! i Have been e-mailing your ecelica customer support about my damn TRD license i had ordered on 6/4/04 and i have never received a response to it! ecelica has also charged my account for this purchased and i have not gotten my item!

You placed the order on the 4th. Your order probably wouldn't have been process until Monday, the 7th. Friday, the 11th was a Federal Holiday (President Reagan). So technically, it has only been 5 business days since you placed your order. Isaac is on vacation. But, I can assure you that your order will be processed and shipped if it had not already.

you also wont get an email if you are using Mozilla Firefox to register, atleast i Didn't the 3 times i tried. On the 4th time i used IE and it sent me ane mail

your broswer has nothing to do with how OUR SERVERS send mail...

I used Yahoo mail for registering with ECelica and have never had a problem with it once, not with ordering/buying stuff, PM's or anything else. It's been fine.
