Who makes the coilovers that allow you to raise or lower the car without changing the spring adjustment?

i am currently using groundcontrol coilovers and i like them alot. not bad for $400

Found 'em. They're made by JIC, and maybe others. The lower mounting bracket is adjustable up and down, which allows the spring adjustment to remain untouched when adjusting ride height.
