HDCharlie Member 2004 Toyota Celica GT Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 14 VA	Found 'em. They're made by JIC, and maybe others. The lower mounting bracket is adjustable up and down, which allows the spring adjustment to remain untouched when adjusting ride height.
