today i removed my exhaust just for fun, and to have a exhaust, it was cool and fun until i had to drive for like 30min away from my house i couldnt stand the sound its so loud and painful... i dont how you ppl with a kazuma can deal with that, and the gt is gear so low that when goin 60 im at 3.5k rpms and thats when its at its loudest and a deep pitch but when i pass 4k (when vvti kicks in) it gets high pitched and sounds so beautiful like formula 1 car, but i coouldnt stand it so as soon as got home i put my muffler right back on

I got used to the Kazuma after a while. Over long periods of driving, I must admit, it can be annoying.

no it does "kick in" @ around 4200 or so rpm. i've noticed that since i first got my car. not like it will send ya flying like the gts..u can just feel and hear the different sound of engine when the variable valve timing is comin on or not.

^^I always thought around 5k for me. But i always thought it was my exhaust. Thermal said it makes more power in the higher power band.

u wouldnt always want the vvti to be on like every one says it is , vvti engages at 4000 like vtec then the valve timing begins to vary therefore producing more power
