i have a auto gt and i pulled the e-brake and floored it but it didnt rev over 2100 rpm. i dont think that 2001 had a rev limiter in it, does it? and if not what could be the problem or how do yall burnout

you can burnout in an auto but its not recommended to do so...not good for the car...but if you must know, some ppl pop into neutral, rev to a few k rpms and shift into drive...again i am not liable for any problems you run into by doing this...have fun

don't do it..there's no point to burning out in any car except to look dumb and ruin your tires.

burnout is stupid, the only good reason to do one is if you have drag tires, and you need to heat them up

Exactly...I used to do Neutral drops and fucked up my tires horribly. Plus my tranny probably doesnt like me anymore.

All burnouts are pointless. It's one thing to be racing and have a little wheel spin... it's another to be at a red light or parking lot and just put down smoke for fun.
