A quick question... Does anyone use the NGK Iridium Spark pluag? Either the OE replacement or the IK?? Or any other brands for that matter. I am board and am thinking of replacing my plugs.. probably need to be done anyway!

i've got the NGK iridiums, couldn't notice any difference from stock other than they're new plugs over old dirty iridium plugs.

they are the same as bosh +4 platinum plugs.. its all about hte same anyway..i hear that the iridium spark plugs give the same spark as the bosch +4 platinum plugs. go with your ngk, denso, or bosch...not a big mod...but if its time its time! thumbsup

how many miles do you have? I wouldn't change it if it doesn't need to be. The stock iridium plugs should last 90K. I had mine changed not long ago. I have 111K.

The bosch plugs are not the same as the NGK iridiums the bosch are made of platinum and the NGKs are made of iridium. The difference is the NGKs make a hotter spark supposedly giving you better fuel effencieny and Performance. And by the way the celica comes stock with iridium plugs and dont need to be changed for at least 90k miles.

i know ngk are iridium plugs, but all i am saying is that its going to be pretty much the same as the bosch +4 platinum plugs. if at all the ngk iridiums are better you might get a mile more to the gallon.. if that... basically all i meant is that if its time its time... and whether he goes with ngk, denso, or bosche, its all about he same thing. thumbsup

NGK is an excellent company, if you're on the market for spark plugs smile. thumbsup
