i just deal with the dust until the next time i wash the car. If i use that california duster thing, it leaves swirl marks.

Between weekly washings, I give it a quick wash with the garden hose.

I just leave it on until the next car wash, plus my car is black, so it's gonna get dust not matter what

there's a duster thing made for cars you can use...
we have one at Toyota and the dude does it everyday before the day starts to get it off the cars in the showroom..
not sure what it is though.

Pick up any spray wax (some are better than others) and use that between washes. I spray it on a section at a time microfiber it off with a polish type. Takes 5 minutes for the whole car. Windows same microfiber, but in a window type. Some water or just a squirt of your windshield fluid and your done. I do it at work sometimes at my last 10 minute break and when I'm through I smoke a cigarette. Good for another day or 2.
