Turbo and Custom Straightpipe exhaust, prolly 2.5". You will need a new ECU, the Apex'i PFC will do just fine. Hope you have about 5 grand lying around to do this stuff though, unless you plan on installing it yourself, in which case, it comes out a lot cheaper.

if you get a Turbo make sure you do it safe.. CAI is always a good choise and you might wanna consider and exaust , DC headers and a ECU..

you cant do a cai and a Turbo, all Turbo kits come with an Intake, yet if you build a custom Turbo, you can probably doa CAI, but i dont know how that would do in power!!

ECU is the stock computer Chip, DC Headers is a company that makes headers for the Celi, along with HS and Trial, the PFC is an aftermarker Computer Chip made from Apex'I, And when you ask what comes with getting Turbo, its all up to you, you can add Turbo to your car and stay everything else, or you can get pulleys, or exhuast, springs, computer chip, i dont know, im just saying that nothing has to come with anything, but you can add more mods to help the Turbo get more power!!

When you get a Turbo you have to maintain you're car really well ! also you must be aware that a Celica has a quite hight compression.. (even GT) so if you run a Turbo you can't run a to high boost or you must lower the compression.. when you lower compression you will lose HP but you will regain that HP as you run a higher boost.. but first do the 'basic' mods like CAI, Exaust, Headers and stuff like that BEFORE you grab something like a Turbo.. eventough you can buy a Turbo and have it installed you still require quite some knowledge bout cars to maintain your car well and keep it from blowing or any other problems.. so I suggest a CAI, ECU Exaust an Headers first.. after that you might wanna consider a Turbo but please don't do it before that.. especailly since you said you're kind of a car newb
