Screw a detector and buy a jammer. This will make the cops guns not be able to read your speed there for they can't pull you over if they have no proof you were speeding in the first place.

Hate to burst your bubble but jammers rarely ever work. You're better off buying one of the high-end model detectors (V1, Passport 8500, Bel Vector).

All right here's the deal. I spent FOREVER looking for the best radar detector. This is what I found out... If you want the VERY best and have the cash you should go for the Valentine One which is upgradeable and invented by the EX inventor of the Escort. Now if you don't have the dough for the Valentine One the very next, very closest to excellent quality is the Escort Passport 8500. I have heard people argue on which is better the Valentine One and the Escort and from everything I've read I would have to say the Valentine One is slightly better but is also about $100-$150 more. So I would probably choose from one of those. Don't get the stupid SR1 or whatever the damn thing is called that I think Escort also makes. The SR1 has sensors around your car and is a lot more expensive but I've heard its a piece of shit. Hope that helps a little bit. Peace out! Go Celica! thumbsup

Let me get my TOOL
That's not a tool that's a DAMN BRICK!
