2003 Celica Owners!

Got an urgent question.

I was changing the color of my AC controls and stuff last night (AGAIN) and I cracked one of the bulbs inside, so I need to go get another one from the dealer.

Does the 2003 Celica have the Air controls backlight the same color as the dash? I've been trying to get my dash and AC controls to match, with no success.

If the 03 has the same color, I'll just buy a bulb from the 2000 and get a blub cover from the 2003 to make it match.

If the 03 doesn't, I'll be painting some more to make it match frown

Do you know if the light blub is the same as the one in other celicas?

I noticed that mine had a green plastic cap on it, and I assume toyota wouldn't make an entirely new control board, just change the color of the cap?

Thanks for the info, I'm going over to the dealer on my lunch break, so the speed is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if the bulb is the same as in other years, but like you said.. it only makes sense that it would be. If your dealer has them in stock you can just hold 'em up side by side and make sure.

Hope it works out for ya
