installed all this fatmat in my trunk... basically rolled it on everywhere including down in the spare tire well. the entire thing is completely covered. i put two layers on the trunk latch and the sides. that stuff is really thin but now my panels won't line back up. i tried for over an hour and cut the dynamat up several times and i can't get all my pieces back in.
my thinking is its not really neccesary to have that much of it in there, and not at all in certain areas. i still have a lot of this stuff left. do i need it everywhere? should i just peel up the old stuff and take off one panel at a time, place the fatmat behind it, and then snap it in. my trunk is in pieces and it is not going back together.
