Does anyone know if a Tanabe Racing Medallion Exhaust will fit correctly with a Buddy Club Rear?

It'll fit. It might come out at an angle & be really close to the right side, but you just need to bend the rear hanger & the canister will straighten out.

Aight thanx i have 1 more question. I havnt really just got my heart set on gettin a Tanabe Racing Medallion but i want an exhaust thats gonna be pretty lound and have a deep bassy sound not some loud super whining sound. Ive been told the Racing Medallion is what i want but ive never heard one. So how does it sound?

It's pretty loud, it's one of the loudest exhaust systems for our car. I used to have it, but it got annoying after a while. And it's pretty loud when you're on the freeway. But if you want a loud exhaust with a deep tone, then the TSRM is for you.

Tanabe Ultra Medalion has a deeper tone than the Super Medalion & it's not as loud, and it's 10 lbs lighter too. It's kind of on the pricey side 'cuz it's one of the most expensive exhaust systems for our car, but it's worth every penny.
